Curriculum Enrichment

Gledhow has a comprehensive programme of curriculum enrichment to ensure that all children receive the opportunity to explore units of work through practical and experiential activities. Enrichment happens across the curriculum and provides opportunities to develop independent learning skills and reach for higher level learning objectives requiring practical application of knowledge and skills.

Enrichment Clubs

We offer Enrichment Clubs to kids from Years 1-6, plus Reception kids in the Summer. We've had over 300 spots available since Sept. 2019 for clubs like African Drumming, Football, and Spanish. Our staff and outside coaches run the clubs. They're termly and advertised the half term before they start. They run Mon-Fri from 3.20-4.20 pm, and there are no clubs the first week of each term. We communicate about clubs via School Ping. More details will be in the initial Ping message.
